Since OPT has changed its owner in 2013 the company has started engaging more with the local community.
Mr. Yasuhiko Sata, the owner of the Japanese TKB Group which OPT is a part of, has brought not only innovations to our company but also a culture of traditions. He believes that companies should give more attention and respect to the regions they operate in and has initiated an amazing event for local children which from now on will become one of the company’s annual activities.
On March 21st OPT has hosted over 120 children for the 2nd “Egg Festival” – the day when the whole OPT headquarter area fills with children’s laugh and entertainment: colored giant eggs, children dancing, playing music instruments and having loads of fun!
Seeing happiness of the children we have realized that even simple and small things can make this world a better place!
“Peace and Love” is written on the the boy’s wheelchair by OPT owner – Mr. Yasuhiko Sata who came all the way from Japan for the “Egg Festival”.
In order to share children’s happiness, OPT ambassador Francesco Moser – the legendary Cycling World Champion; Lorenzo Conci – the Mayor of Calliano and Alessandro Olivi – the vice president of the province of Trento have as well arrived to participate in the event.
