Friday, June 24th OPT SurgiSystems organized the II Engineers’ Meeting. The representatives of Italian Technical Service Centers were invited to the annual event dedicated to the latest updates and innovations of OPT products and services.

To simplify and optimize the processes of our Technical Support, OPT engineers have developed a new web site dedicated to the Service Centers. OPT.CAT has been developed in order to facilitate our collaborators’ work as they will be able to get quickly any technical information and to manage easily the service paper work.
For instance, OPT.CAT contains the most commonly used Technical Forms, which are now available online: Technical Reports, Spare Parts Orders, Repair Requests and Warranty Claims.

At the second half of the meeting were explained the latest software updates of the operating systems ASSO and VANTO. The theoretical training was supported with the practical part at the OPT SHOW ROOM.
