The operating table Asso with fixed table top has been launched in 2010 and is state-of-the-art in its category for aesthetical and innovative criteria, rationality in each detail, safety and versatility.
Movable on four extremely smooth wheels, can be easily used also in narrow rooms.
With ASSO it is easy to reach even the most extreme positions with respect to the safety and comfort of both patient and user. It is a state-of-the-art product in terms of innovative and aesthetic criteria, rationality in every detail, safe use and versatility.

Asso is universal and satisfies the needs of modern operating theatres. Thanks to the wide and complete set of accessories and components, this table offers the possibility of satisfying with only one table top all the needs of every surgery specialty in an OR.

ELECTRO POLISHING

The table Asso is made of stainless steel and high quality materials treated on the surface with state-of-the-art procedures such as electro polishing for stainless steel in order to increase the resistance to oxidation, ensuring a longer table lifetime and a higher resistance to antibacterial products.

STABILITY

An electrically-activated pin system is able to lock the table in the required position and guarantee maximum stability.

ALL INCLUDED COLUMN

The column contains all the electronic and mechanical components to activate the system, charger included.

MODULARITY AND FLEXIBILITY

The table top with central modular section, made up of up to 8 sections, allows to easily and quickly change the configuration according to the required surgical procedure. Thanks to the wide set of dedicated accessories, the operating table Asso can be used effectively in every modern surgical specialty by using the same universal table top.

SINGLE HOOK FOR THE TABLE TOP SECTIONS

Unique fast locking/unlocking system for the table top sections which is identical for all sections, hygienic, easy to lock/unlock with a single strong movement.

ANTI-COLLISION SYSTEM

Unique table top with security anti-collision system against the table itself and the floor.
Furthermore, the table has an anti-collision safety system of the outer casing that protects cases from any accidental damage caused by objects left under the table.

CONTROL UNIT INTEGRATED TO THE COLUMN

Unique control unit on the column, accessible from both sides of the operating table and with the possibility of making all electric movements of the column and of the table top.

BARIATRIC SURGERY

The exceptional weight capacity of the operating table Asso (380 kg, 360 kg patient’s weight plus 20 kg accessories) allows to operate on patients up to 360 kg without using a dedicated table top.

The operating table ASSO offers the possibility of reaching even the most extreme positions, looking for the best exposure of the surgical site and always respecting the security and comfort of patients and users.

MANEUVERABILITY

The operating table Asso has a wide maneuverability thanks to four swivelling castors that allow moving the table also in narrow spaces. The wheels are complete with a particular protection cover against accidental hits and infiltrations, studied to ensure easy cleaning and sterilization.
It is possible to have on Asso an additional 5th retractable wheel that allows to move the table easily while transporting obese patients, even in case of medium/long transports. Moreover, for a more practical movimentation of the table by the operator, Asso offers the possibility of using a 5th retractable wheel.
The stability of the table is guaranteed by four mechanical pins (integrated to the wheels), which can be activated through IR or wired remote control thanks to an electro-hydraulic system.

CUSHIONS

The cushions of the table top are in soft, radiolucent, antistatic and anti-decubitus material, which is ergonomically shaped. A thickness of about 60 mm allows a comfortable position of the patient even during long surgical procedures.
It is possible to choose viscoelastic cushions with a thickness of at least 80 mm, with anti-decubitus and comfort features and easily removable. All cushions of the table top Asso and of all its sections, as well as the accessories, are latex free.

RADIOTRASPARENCY

The operating table Asso is radiolucent on its entire length, without any shadow zone and allows a functional use of the image amplifier.

The operating table Asso has been designed to sustain patients of every size and at the same time without causing trouble to the OR operators during procedures. It is highly ergonomic thanks to the exceptional modularity and flexibility of its sections.

CLEANING AND SANIFICATION

The operating table Asso has been conceived to facilitate the cleaning by avoiding sharp corners and slots and to ensure a quick and easy table sanification. Moreover, the absence of stitching in the cushions make the cleaning easier.
