The training, independently from the typology of electro-medical equipment and from when it is necessary to do the training, is held by OPT technicians and product specialists or by specialists of the Technical Service Centres authorized by OPT.
Following the “train the trainer” philosophy, OPT updates regularly its staff and the specialized technicians of the Technical Service Centres authorized by OPT through targeted courses. In this way Opt promotes the professional growth of its sales partners and ensures a high level of know how inside its sales and service network, which is essential to support the end user.
OPT, through its product specialists and the specialised technicians of the authorized Technical Service Centres, organizes the direct training of OR staff. The sessions aim at providing health care personnel with all information concerning the technical functions of the devices and their accessories, their correct use and the right patient positioning on the operating system before, during and after the operation. At the end of the training, the staff must be able to use the supplied equipment taking advantage of the features and performances of the table.
OPT, through its product specialists and the specialised technicians of the authorized Technical Service Centres, organizes the direct training of hospital technical personnel and end user’s engineers. The training activity wants to teach all the operations, which are required when using a new device. In particular, the training aims at giving to the customer all necessary information on the product and on how to obtain the best performance out of it. The training shows how to do all technical and/or diagnostics operations and is a practical training for first-level preventative maintenance. On request, the trainings for the hospital technical personnel can take place at our premises in Calliano (TN) – Italy.
